Pauwels Consulting, the Belgian consultancy firm specialising in engineering, life sciences and IT, finalizes its third Dutch acquisition in less than a year. Open Web, the Nieuwegein-based Java and Bloomreach specialist, is following hot on the heels of Developers.nl and Bruggenbouwers.
