Bart Odink is Partner Netherlands at 3d investors and is responsible for developing the firm’s investment activities in the Dutch market. From the Amsterdam office he is building the local team and oversees both Dutch investments and the portfolio management of several 3d investors portfolio companies, including Care Cosmetics, DSIT and in-lite.

Before joining 3d investors, Bart co-founded Create Capital, a Dutch private equity firm. Prior to that he served as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Intertrust N.V., where he was responsible for global acquisitions, divestments and capital markets transactions, including the sale of Intertrust to Blackstone and the company’s IPO in 2015. Bart started his career in private equity at Waterland Private Equity Investments.

Bart holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
