Pauwels Consulting acquires Dutch company Science@Work

Pauwels Consulting, the Belgian life sciences, engineering and IT consultancy firm, is acquiring Dutch firm Science@Work. Together with 3d Investors, Pauwels Consulting has already made 11 acquisitions in 7 years and the turnover has increased fivefold from €25 million to more than €120 million.
Science@Work has a strong position in the scientific and laboratory sector in the Dutch and Belgian markets. Through the acquisition, Pauwels Consulting is strengthening its services to clients and job seekers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, medical devices, food and beverage industries.
Pauwels Consulting successfully built a solid organization in the Netherlands in just under three years. Following three acquisitions of specialised ICT and engineering consulting companies in the Netherlands, Science@Work now brings significant life sciences knowledge to the group. In addition to the offices in Rotterdam, Nieuwegein and Hoofddorp, this acquisition gives the company an extra office in Amsterdam.
