3d investors expands its activities in the Netherlands with the appointment of Bart Odink as Partner Netherlands and the opening of an office in Amsterdam

With the appointment of Bart Odink, 3d investors private equity takes a next, structural step in the further expansion of its activities in the Netherlands.

3d investors private equity is already active in the Dutch market through its investments in in-lite, Care Cosmetics and DSIT. Later this year, 3d investors will open an office in Amsterdam. From this location, Bart will focus on building a Dutch team and further strengthening the presence of 3d investors in the Netherlands.

The expansion in the Netherlands will take place in close and continuous collaboration with the team in Belgium. 3d investors will continue to operate as one integrated Benelux organisation, with a shared strategy, investment approach and decision-making process across borders.

Bart Odink started his career at Waterland and brings nearly 20 years of experience in private equity, with a strong focus on growth, buy-and-build strategies and internationalisation. His entrepreneurial mindset and strong local roots align well with the long-term vision of 3d investors as an entrepreneurial and committed company builder, focused on supporting entrepreneurs in achieving sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
